Rental Terms
Please read through our hire terms before confirming a booking. If you have any questions, we're always happy to chat on WhatsApp or email.

Check-in & Keys
- Check-in follows the caravan park procedures on arrival
- Keys are collected from gate security on arrival and can be left with security on return
- Late return may incur an additional day charge
- Early collection is subject to availability - contact us in advance
- A handling and service fee is charged

Payment & Deposits
- The full deposit is required to secure any hire booking
- The remaining balance is due in full a day before your arrival
- Payment via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) (PayFast route available)
- Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit reflects in our account
- A booking confirmation will be sent via email once payment is received

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival: full deposit refunded
- Cancellations 7-14 days before arrival: 50% of deposit refunded
- Cancellations within 7 days of arrival: no refund
- No-shows will be charged in full

Rental Rules
- Maximum occupancy must not exceed the stated number for each caravan
- No smoking inside the caravan at any time
- Pets are welcome by prior arrangement - a R250 cleaning fee applies
- The caravan may not be sub-let or transferred to another party
- Renters are responsible for any damages caused during the hire period
- Your deposit will be voided if any damages have occurred during the stay

- Basic kitchen gear (pots, cutlery, crockery)
- Basic kitchen electronics
- Washing stand for dishes
- Plastic chairs and table
- Water tank filled and ready for departure
- Full collection inspection and walk-through

Not Included
- Fresh linen and towels (one set per person)
- Braai equipment
- Outdoor/camping chairs
- Meals and groceries
- Campsite fees at your chosen destination
- Firewood (usually available to purchase at campsite)

- Minimum rental: 3 days

Privacy & Data
- Your personal information is used only to manage your hire
- We will never share your details with third parties
- You may request deletion of your data at any time via email
